Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is a powerful support, but it has clear boundaries.
Last updated: August 2026
I Go Forward Coaching provides coaching services and educational resources. Coaching is a forward-looking partnership focused on clarity, action, reflection, accountability, and personal growth.
Coaching is not therapy or crisis care
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, psychiatric care, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support. Coaching does not replace licensed mental health care or medical care.
Emergency and crisis support
If you are in immediate danger, feel unsafe, or are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified crisis resource right away. Coaching is not designed for acute crisis intervention.
Burnout, grief, illness, and difficult seasons
The website may discuss burnout, grief, illness, loss, uncertainty, and difficult life seasons. These topics are addressed from a coaching perspective, not as clinical treatment or medical guidance.
Client responsibility
Clients are responsible for their decisions, actions, safety, wellbeing, and follow-through. Coaching can support reflection and momentum, but the client remains responsible for choices made during and between sessions.
No promised outcome
Momentum is built through honest work and consistent action, but no coach can promise a specific result. Results vary by person, context, timing, and effort.
Professional boundaries
Any between-session support, email, text, or resource sharing is subject to the boundaries stated in the coaching agreement.
